I've got a few questions regarding Twitter's phone verification thing.
1) I made 2 new accounts today on proxies. They asked me for my phone # but I hit 'skip'. Does this infinitely bypass the phone verification popup?
2) I created 2 new emails and tied them both to a Google Voice number. I tried to make a 3rd one and it won't let me use my cell phone # to verify, or the Google voice number. ( I read somewhere I can only do 2 accounts/day on Google Voice? Any confirmation on this? ) If I want to make a 3rd email account with a # other than my cell, the only other option is to transfer the Google Voice number.
Because of this, I can't make more Twitter accounts today.. since the accounts require emails, and gmail accounts require phone numbers. The only work around to this is using another email service aside from Gmail. But I don't know any other ones that won't hassle me the same way Gmail does. Any suggestions?
