Can I create a huge amounts of PVA Gmail accounts by using bots? And if it is no problem creating PVA gmail using bot then which tool would be perfect?

You can do it with Bablosoft bot and their FingerprintSwitcher
The bot needs to create Fingerswich profiles --> scroll in all sorts of sites for a day or 2 with their Human behavior feature and accept any cookies on the way. After the warm up, the bot will be able to create Gmail PVA using SMS verification API.

BAS is not that great try zenno
It's pretty hard the create Gmail accounts without getting them banned. You probably need different fingerprints and persistent proxies and some human mimicking

o No..Am with problem of creasting google voice number using proxy or vpn and even have a problem if i verified it with second number. They don't give GV number now a days!
