Pva asking for reset password when you reset password then it ask for phone verification.

can any body know what is going on. I have lost my 100 pva so far. It is problem in making pva or in posting ad. I have got yesterday 25 new pva and 20 of them ask for reset password. I have also try new proxies and new pva with new content. but still problem is the same.
