Hi guys, just trying to login an account with a phone verification, but the SMS wont send. The number is correct, it's my number, but no SMS will send at all.

No other verifications to verify, it's just odd

Bad provider usually bit if u say ur own phone means something is wrong your ip, if u re rooted, jailbreaked

i have this number assigned to another account and the code comes through for that account, no JB
 
That's weird, check the country code, and if the number is correct.
If it still doesn't send, try contacting support? Maybe they have something to say

Is it showing the number where the sms is being sent ?
 
Meta sometimes silently blocks SMS delivery when the account or IP looks risky. Waiting 24 hours, changing network IP or trying a different number often fixes it.

This usually isn’t a carrier issue its a temporary verification throttle. When their system pauses SMS, retries just loop until the risk signal cools down or the login context changes.

its been 6 months, still nothing yet my other account with the same number gets the code, its odd
 
Trying a different device or network often resolves it sometimes the system just blocks that sessions SMS temporarily until it detects normal activity again.
 
It's possible your account or phone number is experiencing a temporary speed limit on the platform's side, rather than a problem with your phone. Try waiting 24 hours, avoid resending messages multiple times, and ensure that the phone number isn't being used for too many other accounts

That points to the account itself being restricted not the phone number. In those cases the SMS channel often stays disabled unless its manually cleared on their side.

try to change ip and try after 24 hrs with different ip address
 
The number might be flagged. That being said; you might need to use another sms service; or you can suspend the current number and request another one.
 
wait for 2 or three days and do pv again. or try to changing ip
 
Check if your message has been blocked. If the number is correct and you still can't receive it, please log out of your account and wait a few hours before trying again. I encountered this problem before; it seems to be a bug.
 
Not sure which service you are trying it on, but many now silently block sending you the SMS. On the frontend it looks like it all worked correctly and you should be receiving the SMS but it never comes.

Make sure you have no VPN, maybe try and anti-detect browser, or just wait a few hours to try again. Maybe even the network you're on has a bad IP, try changing it.
 
Try using a different network or restart your phone, sometimes carrier delays block SMS verification.
 
This happened to me once could cause by Wi-Fi. Try switching to internet mobile data, then proceed. Check if that work.
