putting up my first ebay listing, need help !!!

I am trying to sell an iphone clone on ebay but they got too many things to take care of. I think ebay might charge me like 8% because i am listing an electronic product. Besides i am just not being able to put up a normal buy it now type of listing. No matter what i do i just can't get rid of the auction style listing.

Where do i read about listing styles, fees etc and that too in simple format.

where you see the auction price, just above to the right should be an option to click on a fixed price listing

click on that and you should then be able to list at fixed price with another option of best offer

You sure about that? Because i have changed the price many times, sometimes its just too late to change it.
