I would like to put up a server that is secure. I would like to use Linux, Apache, Mysql and PHP. I have used Lamp, Xampp before. However I was wondering is there a combination package that is made by anyone where you simply install it on a server from perhaps an ios image and it is already configured secure for a production environment. It would include the whole LAMP setup and nothing else, or perhaps a few other necessary packages, and everything would already be set to go for a professional server setup.

You will probably want to take a look at suPHP (and the corresponding apache module "mod_suphp"). That (with proper permissions on the users, of course), different MySQL users and chrooted accounts should make for a decently secure box. Just make sure you're not running vulnerable code (stay away from anything nulled or from a sketchy source).
