Putting scraped content on youtube closed captions?

Anyone have experience putting scraped content in youtube video closed captions (closed captions are indexed and searchable)?

My thought was that I didn't have to spin the content because it could be the site owner putting up his own content in video form. Any ideas? What has been your experiences with this?

Probably would have the same effect as putting scraped content in the description.
