Putting My Picture on Website

I think I’m a bit different than people on this forum. I’m here for the knowledge, which has been fantastic.

But my goal is really to help with SEO for my law firm website. I’m a black lawyer. And I want to rank my site and drive traffic and conversions (client acquisition).

I’ve been debating whether to put my picture on the homepage. On the one hand, pictures of people within the company has been proven to positively affect UX and trust.

on the other hand, I’m worried about implicit bias and racism if people see a black attorney on the homepage.

just looking for honest advice and I think I can get that here. What would you do?

What you could do is A/B testing: run your website for a month or so with your picture on it, then run it for the same amount of time, with the same content, but just without your picture on it
Then compare the results and see for yourself!

I personally think that an attorney's website with their picture on it feels more trustworthy, but that's just my opinion
