Sure, you can do that pretty easily. Just take all 7 Excel sheets and put them into one WordPress database table, then set up a small search box where the user types in Roll Number plus DOB. When the two values match, only show that person result. There is no need to create separate posts for each row.

for this many numbers I do not think Excel is the right solution.the right thing to do would be to move all the sheets to a proper database and make a searching form by date of birth and roll number.you can develop this with the help of WP Datatables or with the help of Wordpress queries and ACF.

you can move the excel data into database table and then add a plugin that lets users search and filter the records.tablepress could do the job you can make custom query if you need more control over how the data gets searched.

Yes, sure. Best approach: merge the 7 Excel files, load them into the WordPress database table, then build a search form that matches Roll No and DOB, and show only the row that fits.

With around 700 rows, a small custom PHP setup with an AJAX shortcode is the easiest. You do not need a big plugin.

One may simply import the Excel data in the WordPress table/database plug in and use filters for Roll Number + DOB since there will only be about 700 records this will be rather easy just ensure that the DOB information is kept secure.
