Putting blogspot websites to use

I used to think that blogspot service from Google has a lot of potential because it can handle almost any amount of traffic. But I failed to get traffic to my AdSense based websites in last few months. Is there any other way to make use of their free hosting ?

You can do a lot of things with Blogspot. Its designed to be a blogging platform, so you need to remove all of the gadgets and unwanted elements. Once that is done, the platform is a blank slate.

A couple of ideas:
You can use it as an image host. Create individual pages for each image.
Create posts with an embedded video. Make a new page to use as a directory and add the post links there.

Blogger is a thing of the past IMO. It never adapted to changes and I honestly wonder why google hasn't shut it down already.

But blogger has nothing to do with your site not getting traffic. You need to explore ways to get traffic. Free hosting is useless without traffic. If you already have the content and the monetization, you just need the traffic, don't give up.

I used to do this.. but your run the risk of having them remove all the content one day.. happened to me multiple times.. I currently use imgur to hotlink images. With imgur its been well over 5 years with not 1 issue.

I personally have very little faith in any product owned/run by Google.

I was thinking more of a place to upload your own images and screenshots, not images found online.

i have more than 500 blogspot, i'm using to post my youtube videos, and it help ranking up.
