I would recommend Ad-Maven instead of Popads, CPM rates are higher.

I have yet to encounter a network that didn't pay its publishers and survived more than a few months.

All i can say is to run your pop traffic in tier 3 countries unless you have great capital and experience to move into the big boys game

Using an ad network won't get your site deindexed, not a reputable network like popads anyway.
