hey guys,
do u guys have any suggestions on how to downgrade or put the site of your competition on the Google blacklist?

not to long ago, i read somewhere that its not a good idea to use the 'recommend this website to a friend' feature in the joomla websites. cos people use it to recommend Viagra and stuff. ok, now there is this website, and they have that feature, just as an experiment, i want to know what types of softwares there are to pull it off, i want to downgrade that website in Google, sooo bring on them evil suggestions!!

This is called GoogleBowling. When you specifically target a website you don't like or a competitor and get their website banned/blacklisted from either Google (hence the name) or other popular services like Digg. Sure, you can do it. All you have to do really is go against every rule in that site's book, and draw attention to it.

As for a program being able to do it.. on Google.. nope. Not that I know of anymore. Or at least none that work. Since Google defused the fun tactic of Google Bombing, I think that also included some Google Bowling tactics as well. But hey, this is the internet, anything is possible just so long as you have the will and/or finances to back it up.

Method 1: is to review the competitors site, email them and find out about them. Raid their details from their domain (name postal address emails address etc) set up a website under their exact details, and then make a nice Nazi hate site, place their Google code in it and then submit it to engines. Also make sure you back link to their real site over and over again by posting on blogs that are Jewish. It usually will drop their website in about 4 days.

Method 2: If they are at the top of the engines they are likely to be doing something black hat (often enough) so just report them to google for what they do. This method is very effective, yet only works on sites that are using obvious black hat techniques.

All is fair in Love and internet marketing :)

i think its good to know how to get good results in the serps and also what one must do to drop a site from the serps or even put it in a black list.

Nah, an Al Qaeda site would be better. "9/11 x 10 coming up" mwaha

I am speaking out of experience there is an easy way to do it but it all depends on how smart/stupid your competitor is. if you can some how inject a robots.txt to his website with the following content to it:
User-agent: *
DisAllow: /
if google sees that file his site wont be indexed.
i've done it 3 or 4 times before using social engineering with my competitors, the other option would be DDOS which is pretty illegal and you need to find the right sources for it. DDOSING is a temporary solution because even if the site i down for a while once it's up google index it back to it's normal ranking. I had sites down for 2 month and once i fired them up the rank came up.
both cases if any one here is willing to get hired for a DDOS let me know amordeaa dut hot male of course dut cum

...and you get this week's prize for digging up the oldest thread on BHW.

2007!? Good grief!
