Pushing down bad article on google

Hi,
There is a bad article on google, the question is, how do I push it down?
So, I will create a website, making some news to make it look good site and I will post a positive article and I have to use the same keywords as in that bad article? I have a lot of traffic so it won't be hard for me, but I want to understand this one thing about the keywords. Thanks

It's all about ranking multiple domains for 1 keyword. It's SEO, it's not something you learn in 10 minutes online, it usually takes months or years of experience to understand. That is why good SEO are paid $800 or even more a day.

Just try it yourself, but there is no "tricks" about keywords or anything we could tell you in simple steps here.
 
So can you explain in few words how do I push it down that negative article. The website that has that bad article it's not a famous one. When you type the name of the company than there appears that bad article. Thanks

Look up reputation management. Instead of creating a new domain to hopefully push down that one review, rank your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Wiki articles, etc. and push that one link down. There's some threads here that can give you a push in the right direction.
