Pushing a Negative Result Down

We are looking to hire someone to push a few negative/false search results about our company that are on the first page of our keyword. We would like to hire someone to create new press releases, articles, etc. or any other way to push some new results to the first page until the negative ones are pushed down to page 2 of the google search results.
