Push Yelp Page off Top 10 Google

Hello,

So basically Yelp is stupid with their review system because good reviews get ghosted and the few bad reviews get the top spot.

Does anyone have experience push the Yelp page off the top 5 or top 10 on google for the Company Name keyword?

Its currently #2 and #1 is our website.

How can i push it down?

Methods I am thinking to use..

1. Do a PR and blast high quality links to that PR for the keyword

Negative SEO isn't done on this forum mate. And doubt you would manage it anyway.

Why not just get people to write more good reviews to wash out the bad.

Thats what im saying we have. over 50 positive in the past 3 months.. all ghosted.
 
20 negative out of 230 is pretty good, every business has bad reviews... guess that's ur job tho so the only ones I can see usually outranking Yelp are Facebook and Tripadvisor
 
What you're proposing sounds fine. I would also suggest looking to create or boost other profile pages for the business, especially where they are on high authority sites - e.g company social media, linkedin page etc.

Alternatively, have you commented on the negative reviews? Is there any chance of being proactive with them and turning them to your advantage?

Yes we have tried to fix all the negative reviews but they dont fix it or get back to our emails. We have commented as well to back up the review being not our fault or if it was we try to fix.

Ok we will try to boost other pages around the yelp page.

Any BST you would suggest? Should i do like Guest Post BST for liek $200 per post or get like a full link package like Sherlock Hacks Google?

Basically what you want is ORM online reputation management

Search in the marketplace. And use parasite pages with your brand name to push the yelp page off. Example other review sites, blogspot, WordPress, medium, Facebook, Twitter etc
 
when you buy a review for your yelp page you can ask the provider to flag them. so it will consider as fake review even if its your client review mate
