Push traffic - recommended networks?

Hello,

I am reading that many of you speak kindly about push traffic. I have an experience in GAds, Bing Ads, FB Ads, so I am not a total newbie about paid traffic. But could you tell me where to begin with push traffic? Which networks are the best? Maybe you can provide some basics about it? Do's and don'ts? Thanks in advance!

Honestly I tried a lot for adult traffic, but I wasn't happy with no one of them.
Following this thread for new ideas...
 
Someone recommended Evadav network. What do you guys think about them?

Adsterra has good push traffic and released new ad formats recently. So far so good.
 
I have had a decent success with propellerads, you can give them a go
 
What do yoy think about RichPush and ClickAdu? Has anyone had a positive result?
