I just wanted to add the suggestion of potentially having browser push notifications for alerts as an option. I subscribe to them on other sites and find them useful. Pushcrew is one service that I've encountered in case you wanted an example.

That sounds like it would be an interesting feature for regular members to have, though I'm personally not a big fan of push notifications.

Hey,

would love to see if it's possible to implement notification on chrome directly so that we still receive our notifications even if we're not browsing BHW.

Depends what goal your trying to reach? Becasue this type of things cost a lot of money, if you send thousands of push notifications a day withg push crew for instance, your paying by the push. So take that in considaration.
