Push notification service with "Block" redirect

Hello,

Do you know any Push Notification services that allows to make redirect if user press "Block Notification"/ Cancels notification/ Allows notification?

Any?

I know that one of my colleagues have been using Ad-maven direct like with the same solution you mentioned, they call it "fallback offers" it think,

Ok, after my research I found out that Google just made new update to Notification API... It's not impossible to make this anymore
