You should post this question in the Media Buying section, as Push Ads have nothing to do with SEO. Maybe a moderator can move it.

You are showing a print screen of the destination landing page, after the push ad has been clicked on. Therefore, there is absolutely no way one could know which push ad traffic source was used.

If you want to know which affiliate network has this offer, then you could probably contact Big Win 123 (search in Google) and ask them if you can run direct or, which affiliate networks they are working with.

If you want to know which traffic source the push ad campaign was run on, this is more complex. Either you analyze the first redirect URL that is when we click the ad, and you try to find to which network it belongs. If you run lots of campaings on lots of newtork, you may be able to find it.

Or you subscribe to Adplexity Push, or Anstrex Push, which will allows you to analyze the ads campaign by keyword and URL, and likely find the source.

There are lots of them, bro, but the ones I often use are Clickadu, Taboola, Propeller Ads, etc
