I do not think those stereotypes are applicable to the internet marketing and business in general. I am doing business with partners from Western Europe and Pakistan as well as from "top countries" and it goes just fine. That fully depends on a certain human's nature. Some people have a special kind of mentality which leads them to stealing other's hard earned money if they does not resist this desire along their life. Race and nation doesn't mean anything if partners respect their business and each other.
