Ive made some decent money with cpa and video marketing - now id like to break into seo with xrumer.

Can xrumer run on

window server 07 and 03 (I have a free VPS). via remote desktop control?

I don't feel like starting a new thread so maybe you will be able to answer. Can you run xrumer on VPS ? Is the program really that effective so people talk about it non-stop ?

yes you can run it on a vps. It is effective if u know what u r doing.
 
this tool is more for advanced users, so you won't get it the first few days.. buy from someone who is offering a successful posting service, they could help you the best i think

there is a basic guide here at the download section. Also sharepro is selling xrumer guides so you might want to inquire about that. I would also suggest that you try scrapebox for mass blog commenting :)
