Purchasing X-Rumer

I've read dozens of threads about X-Rumer in this forum.

I'm ready to buy it, but I need to get a few things confirmed.

Is www.botmasternet.com the official site for X-Rumer?

Their are few payment options available to me. I could pay via Moneygram
or Western Union, but their is no guarantee using either of these services.

Has anyone used Moneygram or Western Union to purchase an
X-Rumer license lately? How quickly was the license delivered?
