I am purchasing a lot of seo work, proxies and so on through paypal and I would like to add this to accountancy as expense so I can get 21% back from goverment. Can I just print paypal record as invoice to accountacy ?

Paypal has made huge progress in enabling you to print off receipts and all records. My accountant logs on monthly and simply downloads files to sync into quickbooks.
