I'm interested in purchasing a couple of domains for an experiment, however, is there anyway I can go about it anonymously?

Ever heard of WHOIS privacy?

I mean without using any of my card details, or paypal details.

I need it to be 100% anonymous purchase.

I need fake name, fake address, basically just 100% anonymous.

Get some bitcoins along with a private proxy. And try registering them on registrars which accept bitcoins such as Namecheap.

pp is better choice though. most of the registrant accept it.

PayPal is not anonymous.

OP, All you need is a free vpn/proxy and a VCC from fiverr to go completely anonymous. Bitcoins are your best bet.

It would be easier to fake a paypal account.

To stay anonymous, buy bitcoin with cash from a local seller, then use a VPN/proxy to buy the domains from namecheap or domains4bitcoins. It is illegal to provide false information when registering a domain, so ICANN may revoke your domain registration if your contact info is discovered to be fake. But that is unlikely unless someone reports you.

some good infos here, keep it coming :D

Yes and no.

You cannot legitimately do it anonymously and safely keep it long term. Put in all fake information, use a fake PayPal, etc, and eventually, you may get shut down. The host can remove your site as soon as it discovers that your identity can't be verified.

That being said, if it's for an experiment, you could potentially get buy for a while. Set up a fake PayPal, pay someone cash to transfer you money from their PayPal into yours (so it's not associated with your credit card), and then purchase under a fake name.
