I'm not too experienced regarding proxies or whatever else is needed.

I'm looking to potentially buy accounts with karma to interact again with the NSFW subs I was interacting before I got IP banned(?) (VPN didn't solve issues to help build new account)

How do this all work and would buying a set up account from a different location even help?

VPN's will never solve the issue. You need either a Static ISP proxy or mobile proxies

All accounts now require stricter anti spam techniques. it will better if u purchase from professional

If you’re IP banned, buying an account alone won’t solve the issue unless you use clean proxies to access it. NSFW subs are strict, so you’ll need aged accounts with decent karma to avoid detection. Make sure the proxy matches the account’s original location to avoid triggering Reddit’s anti-bot measures. You might also need to warm up the account with normal activity like voting or commenting in safe subs before diving back into NSFW interactions.

VPN doesn't solve the problem. You have to use a proxy, and it must be a quality service. There are several options out there, including here at BHW you can find some really good ones.

True, the accounts have to be aged. Good point natsuko!!

That’s absolutely not true, you can work with new accounts, though older ones are definitely better if they have consistent activity. In other words, don’t buy accounts that, for example, haven’t had any activity for 6 months. I’ve already said this many times: be careful about what you read here, as there are many bots responding.

I didn't say that if the account is old it has no activity, on the contrary the account should have activity. The more the better... lol but everyone listens to the advice they want... that's why we are in a community, to share knowledge...In my case, old accounts are easier to maintain because they have a history of activity, and when I have new accounts what I do is create activity for a while before playing the client's music. This avoids problems. But as I said, everyone listens to the advice if they want.

The "bot" comment wasn’t directed at you, but at Natsuko, whom I’ve already called a bot in many posts. And if they’re not, they’re just fishing for praise!
At the same time, it’s not advisable to recommend aged Reddit accounts to someone inexperienced—they are very, very difficult to manage.

There's no quick fix anymore. Very aged accounts, on very good proxies. Age them in ways that seem as organic as possible. As a way to any activity related to spam as possible. It's a 5/6 month project, IMO.

That's true, old accounts are by far much harder to manage.

Thanks everyone. With purchasing karma'd accounts and proxies, even warming for *months*, if experts here are struggling then there's no hope for regular schmoe's like myself :/

I agree. My accounts that are several months old with lots of karma that I built organically never get banned. It's the new ones (organic) that I have over 70% ban rate with.
I disagree. I work with a bot using accounts up to 3 months old and have a 10%-15% ban rate. I believe you have configuration issues. If I have a 15% rate with a bot, you should have around 1% working manually.

Hey, I am not sure if it might be of help for you guys, but reddit reads the user agent strings and take it in consideration for shadowbanning, I managed to bypass reddit ban this way, even after creating dozens of accounts it seems reddit didn't ban my IP at all.. I suspect the user agent data has a lot of weight in the algorithms.

hey I also have heard from one guy in R/ShadowBan that there were some changes system-wide in the reddit anti-spam algorithms around september and there was some above average reports of shadowbans of innocent users after that, I struggled with the same thing, all of my accounts got shadowbanned, I am not sure if it fits your context though..

they track the user agent string, IP, cookies, and possibly cross-track with third party cookies (but I ain't sure about this one exactly.)

they ID you by your OS, browser version, and possibly screen size. so for example if a bot account has weird user agent strings which match no deal device, they will get flagged.

well my IP was flagged already as spammy since I created many accounts on the same IP (which is the first thing they ban), but somehow for some reason using an user agent spoofer to emulate another machine let me create an account and post normally, but I end up overdoing it too fast and forgetting to wait (which was stupid in my part) so it got shadowbanned (since I didn't wait at least a week or so).

now I am not sure if they blacklist IPs permanently or it is temporary since most IPs rotate, unless they ban entire subnet ranges.

at the moment I am waiting for a technician to change my IP, since I want a new IP set. I just want to shill rn since all this reddit anti-spam stuff was driving me nuts.
