Purchased backlinks - Can I build more backlinks pointing toward them?

Hello.
I have purchased PBNs and guest posts backlinks, pointing directly to my money site.
However, there is no change in SERP so far (after a month has passed) and I really don't have more time to wait.
I have been also building links myself as well, but no tangible results so far.
Then I realized I should've been building tier 2s and 3s for more link juice.
However, since PBNs and guest posts are from other people, I thought to myself "is it okay to do this?"
Can anyone tell me if it is allowed or not?
Maybe I should contact each vendor who sold me backlinks?

Depend on the quality of that link, if those are really good PBN, dont do it. If they are shitty $5 per link, go ahead, nuke that shit.

They are like $10 a link, so I think I can nuke the shit out of them. Thank you!

Well, I guess so. If I had some positive SERP changes I wouldn't be thinking about this, but I have negative SERP changes that's why I feel like I need to do something. Thank you for the feedback. I will think more about this matter
 
This is an idea you may attempt. Consider links that are about the same thing as your niche and the links should be of good quality. This will help your site getting a better rank.
 
Yes, you can build PBN and guest post links if you have a good budget for it. One of my client is also following the same strategy.
 
You should really ask permission from sellers,
Many would like to keep their network as clean as possible,
As the trash links could boost your PBN post for a short while (if any), it can get their website doomed for longer period,

So, you either build high quality links toward these links creating some type of link wheel, pyramid, etc...
Or simply ask each seller with specific type of links used, anchors, etc...
After all, they can simply remove your links and disavow all the trash built
 
Check first if these PBN links are indexed at all. If not, might be cheaper to run an indexer first. If this works, then build backlinks onto it.
 
You've paid your money, you can do what you want with them. Even if you don't, you can be sure at least some other customers on the same PBN or guest post site will be building links to their purchased links. These sorts of sites are going to attract tiered links, so you might as well leverage them too.
 
It depends on quality and Index, Do other buyers' backlinks all get indexed?
