I get banned from a certain forum. I have IPVanish, and I click "Change IP". Yet the mods still know it's me and ban my new account. I cleared cookies as well.

anyone have any ideas?

Does your new account have a different password? They can easily detect your new account if the password is the same as your old one.

Also, IPVanish is a VPN network, so their IPs may be abused already or revealing your actual IP. You may need elite private proxies to make sure this doesn't happen.

There could be numerous ways that they are detecting you.
What Forum is it or at the very least what Forum Software are they using?

IPVanish is not providing you with non-shared, private proxies. You really don't even need proxy software. Just get a private proxy and pop it into your browser. If you still have trouble, then you may be being detected by other means.

private proxy + clear cookies and cache with CCleaner should do

Go with Dedicated Private proxy it's worth it.

The site is Bodybuilding.com, one of the biggest forums out there. So they may be running some of the more advanced methods of detection.

as others already pointed it out above, the detection doesn't have to be advanced, when you use a VPN service with shared ips, probably abused to hell, you need dedicated private proxies and of course all the other precautions what you need to do before creating multiple accounts anywhere like cleaning cookies/cache and if it still doesn't work, changing browser, screen resolution etc.

so IPVanish is no good? Any recommendations on private proxys for cheap?

Promoting the same domain as before?

I'm not even promoting a domain at this point. I can't even view the forum as of now, no matter how many times I change my IP through IPVanish

Maybe you should just stop trolling forums, it is not cool.

change your main IP (turn your modem off then on, or if it doesnt work go in the settings of your modem and request a new IP)
