purchase form aliexpress help

on Dec 20th i have purchased a juggling ball through aliexpress and they send it through china post air mail and till now i have not received the parcel , i checked the tracking and it is not showing properly as china post air mail is infamous for its corrupted tracking and it says that since china post air mail is free shipping the item will be received between 15 to 60 days , so i have waited this long then i have contacted the seller regarding this and now he says that the item is detained by Chinese customs, Will he get a notification if it is detained by Chinese customs or As the recipient of the item will i get notification for the detention , I have not received any detention notice form customs yet. is he trying to scam me i could see that he is all most having 95% positive feed back , any expericens with china post air mail

Well I don't really know, maybe you should wait. Last November I have ordered 20 screen protectors from a seller on aliexpress, the shipping is really slow (took a month to ship from China to Malaysia) and the tracking number wasnt working at all. All you need to do is be patient and communicate with your seller to know what's wrong.

i have contacted the seller and he told me that it is stuck in customs in china . There is only 19 days left to file a dispute if he is trying to scam me . is there any way to increase the time of order conformation so that i could increase it form 19 days to 25 days .
