Purchase bulk xbox live accounts?

Hey everyone. I'd like to start with saying that if this is against the TOS or anything just let me know.
I am looking for 5-10 Xbox Live Accounts (they must have gold membership). I'd rather them be just untouched accounts that were laying around in someones logs or something. If anyone knows where I can obtain these or can help me out please let me know!
