I always recommend using the google image search filter "labelled for reuse", although anyone who uses this should know that you should always double-cleck with the webmaster or copyright holder to make sure that the images are correctly labelled (some copyright holders may request a backlink).

Okay I've looked and there are more pics of girls with creative commons than I expected, great. But is it enough just having the photographer's permission? isn't there stuff like they had to have signed a model release form etc? or shouldn't i worry about that?

would any of you know about any laws when making a fake profile? even with fake name etc is there still risk of impersonation laws?

there are actual commercial free images of hot girls that you can buy and use however you like...

just type "Spicy Stock Selfies Amateur Girls" in google

100% legal according to the seller (with proof)

i'm not affiliated in any way, shape or form...

it's better to use actual legal stock images than risk a lawsuit.

This is very interesting, great find. The only problem is i need a high quantity of different girls rather than lots of photos of only 5 girls. Would you know of any other stock sets like this?

If you get the images from royalty-free/no-royalty sources, then you're good to go. Otherwise, they're copyrighted, and there's always a risk that somebody will notice. Getting a cease-and-desist by itself isn't that big of a deal--you can just stop using the images if you get a cease & desist. But you always run the (however small) risk that somebody wants to press things further and actually take you to court over it. That's obviously no bueno.

If you are running a serious business then you shouldn't steal your pics from instagram or wherever you have them from. When you don't like to pay for images you can still use royality free images.

As long as you do not use the model's information and sully her reputation, you are fine. Otherwise, the model could sue you for defamation.

I normally wouldn't say this, but since this is in the black hat SEO section I will anyway. While using selfies from Instagram for business purposes is unethical, you would be more likely to get away with it than if you used a professional model's photos from an arbitrary. Your typical selfie-taker is often not cognizant about copyright infringement laws, so the risk of you getting in trouble with the law is much slimer than if you had used a professional model's photos.

However, most of the selfie-takers have thousands of lecherous male followers who would do anything to engage in coitus with their digital love-interests, so on the off-chance that you send your email to one of the "model's" followers, you can expect them to tell everyone what a creep you are, which will attract the attention of lawyers looking for the selfie-taker's money. So even this method has its own risks.

nope... but from what i understand they have like 10 packages, it'll cost you a lot though...

try to search something like "hot girls selfies stock" on google...
 
or you could post on craigslist for wanna be models and go about it that way. find desperate enough girls and it'll be cheaper than paying for stock images.

There is someone on my local Craigslist doing that exact thing. They're looking for someone who is willing to get nude for the camera (sounds more like they want to shoot a porn movie).

That's useful info thanks. Would making a fake name and saying eg. "Susan has just joined xyz dating site, go send her a message here 'affiliatelink'" with the hot girl pic next to it count as sullying her reputation? maybe there's a way of inferring it instead of stating it outright? thanks you've helped me out a lot

Well, there's always a possibility that they could sue. I remember a news story from nearly 7 years ago where a Disney Channel actress named Brenda Song sued an escort agency for using her photo in a print ad. Of course, Brenda Song is not a model, but any model could potentially sue you for "emotional damages" for just using their image in your ad. If you really want to be on the safe side, I would consult with a lawyer about this.
