As the title Suggests, Im looking to run a pump and dump on my landing page, this can be done with any PPC network I am open. However i do know Adwords are more strict and now make u pay $25 for each voucher.
My goal : Run about 2-3 vouchers PER week for the MAXIMUM productivity from each campaign.
Which CPC network would be the best for this? i plan to use multiple vouchers and hammer them to a lander till i eventually get blacklisted.
What network would be the best? Adcenter? cuz i dont have to pay $25 per voucher? or can i buy PRE loaded vouchers?
Any advice in this area would be helpful.

( side note : i ran about 10 vouchers last year around this time, but i know times have changed and im looking to just ramp up my traffic)
