Pump and dump alt coin

We create an altcoin, let's say 200,000,000 coins, pre-mine 30 - 40 million, create an exchange for it and set our own price? As a team action, we could drive traffic to the website thus bloating the price... who's in? I have an exchange/wallet pre-built, and a coin website, I just need to build it if we're going to do it.

For starters, you're oversimplifying making this work.

I'll leave the ethics out of this, but if people were able to find out about this thread alone and somehow connect it to you (or the team), OR if someone leaked it. You'd not only be dismissed by every cryptocurrency enthusiast, but you'd be blacklisted by a lot of groups who would call you out in your future endeavors.

Also, the budget required for this to even get off the ground would be really, really high. Just trying to be a blip on the radar in an supersaturated market like this? That would be extremely expensive.
