Is there a way to automatically pull pictures onto a website through an RSS feed using php or anything like that?

I have a feed at the moment that pulls Title and Description onto my site
    but not pictures.

Yes it's possible. You have to get the image url out of the rss feed, download that image and upload it to your server, automated with PHP or whatever of course.

Take a look at CyberSEO Lite autoblogging plugin. It has a special option to pull the images automatically and save them to the /wp-content/uploads/ folder.
