Publisher become Advertiser...?

Hi,

I want to take some knowledge. My question is different but interesting. Is it possible if I promote my Adscend Media Publisher CPA offer to CPA LEAD advertiser Offer.

For example I sign up Publisher account in Adscend Media and Promote all offers at CPA LEAD via sign up a Advertiser Account.

Tell me it is possible or not. If it is possible then HOW? What is the minimum amount I invest in CPA LEAD as ADVERTISER for start up.

bro, I thought like u, but networks seem require at least $1000 budget and u need to prove that u r the real owner of your product(adscendmedia offer)...but u can operate a networks instead of open a advertiser accts

This obviously wont work. Almost all networks charge a few k up front and more than likely they will already have the offer ><

Money is not an issue for me. But I want to know how can I do. Some of friends guide me that 1st I need to setup a ad network website like CPA, Sparkleads etc. I can't direct publish the campaign from 3rd party.

Right now my main motto to get an website like ProLeadsMedia, Sparkleads. I am looking for script like that. If any body knows about that please tell me. For start up I need free script in future I will upgraded or buy it.
 
You're insane, it won't work in any single network. I guess you barely know nothing about this industry

Your best bet is to CREATE your own offer/product then approach networks to be their advertiser.
