i see alot of threads recently floating around for lists of proxies
posted for making accounts, as most long time proxie users no,
public proxies have a short life span, the minute they appear most people
with proxie scrapers are collecting them, and abusing them in multiple
seo tools, so will a public proxie hold up for making accounts online?
overall the answer is no, and hears a few reasons why
these comments are from various seo sites, where users are either posting
proxies claiming they will make accounts, or people who no what there talking
about give them some real advice so as not to waste peoples time
public proxy servers tend to be highly unstable,
going on and off-line without notice and varying hugely in the speed they offer.
also, note that everything you send over a proxy can be read by those operating
the proxy. Thus, you should never use a public proxy to check your e-mail, make
an online purchase, or perform any other activity in which personal/private
information is involved like accounts .
when it comes to making online accounts you wish to use more than once
say, twitter , hotmail , yahoo , instagram , do the right thing and use
the right kind of proxies, [ private ]

They won't stay. The next time you use a different public IP to login
it will ask for phone verification (if you somehow managed to overcome it
while creating the account, you won't this time)

public proxies wont make hotmail accounts, most public proxies are flagged
long b4 you will get them, making them useless for account making.
