I found some public blog network in past but forgot now...it is quite similar to fightbacknetworks but needs atleast pr1 to join the network...
does anyone knows the name ???
be careful though, most of these networks are really only good for rank and churn sites nowadays. Don't expect to rank your sites long term using these public networks.
