public new likes per week stats vs.insights

is that a bug or how can it be that the public stat of my fanpage shows 0 likes for the last week while my insight statistics show me that I was constantly gaining 100 likes+. (Fans still active and real).

oh and by the way i'm not having any unlikes, so there should be another explanation.
