Public Apple Music Stream Statistics?

I recently picked up Apple Music to tinker with the platform and API, but I haven't found any information on retrieving the total play count of a track. Does Apple make this information publicly available and is there a way to get the total play count of any track in Apple's library?

Please keep in mind that I'm searching for the total number of streams a track received from all listeners in the network.
