Which language and How much efforts and skills/proficiency are required to creat cheats for games like pubg, Apex legends, call of duty etc.

(I have no background in programming)

Cheats are created by Games devs to test certain things and levels? Am I wrong? How can you create your own cheats?

I don't know, I don't think that tobys.dk, the main guy for counter strike cheats, was actually their dev.

Depends on the game, but I don't think you can create cheats for games like PubG yourself.

C++ I think.

People create cheats and sell them to players.
There is a huge market for apex legends , pubg cheats
Cheat sellers are a giant pain in the ass of devs of pubg.

Yeah, cheat development requires reverse engineering and a lot of low level stuffs. if you have no background or whatsoever, I suggest learning C or C++ first, and pls, for the love of god, dont think you could do it all in one night. And dont even think of being profecient in it in just a month. Consider looking at years, but pls, I am not taking away your motivation. Here's one, just try and learn your stuff, you'll never notice the amount of time you spend for it.

LOL why would developers make cheats and release them?

-anyway, you need to learn a programming language. C++ or C# work wonders with windows API. dont go learning java and python to make cheats for windows games.
-Reverse engineer the game and figure out how the game detects the Bots. this involves staring at hex codes all day.
-figure out how to read the memory without being detected (hook into the game)
-create the bot that moves the mouse(this is the easy part. trust me)

all this stuff will take you 2 years to learn if ur a student and know nothing about programming.
could take 2-3 months if ur a decent programmer, but new to creating bots for a game.
will take maybe 3-4 days if you have experience previous experience.

A buddy of mine owns a cheat selling website for FPS games. He's actually thinking about shutting down his site after 9 years of making hacks. Because of Easy AntiCheat, and Battle Eye. Hackers like him are having a real hard time bypassing those AC/s because they use kernel drivers. Most of his cheats run off of manipulating Direct X to draw visuals like boxes, and skeletons on players. Aimbots calculate X,Y,Z, coordinates of a player in the game. All of which can be effectively killed by making a kernel driver AC.

Not only that, but game dev's are also getting smarter. They are going after the hack creators in multiple ways. One way is to threaten legal action, as was the case my buddy ran into. He was sued by Epic. A small-time site and coder is no match for the legal juggernaut that is Epic right now. The other way that Dev's are hitting back is to regularly patch their games. If it takes you 2-3 hours to update a game each time a patch comes online, and the game patches 3-x a week, well the coder may just throw in the towel altogether.

So to summarize, could you make your own hacks? Yes. But these are some of the many challenges you'd face even IF you somehow got to that level of knowledge.

Devs from quake / etc. Purposefully allow cheats / etc so they can learn what the people want , and allow them to stay hooked on the game after they get bored of standard version

Same thing for GTA (would get boring sometimes without cheats/mods)

Joe Rogans recent podcast has a dev talking about this stuff + the coming virtual reality.
Apparently it's so hq rn it's making people sick after moving too fast & spinning / etc (which doesn't affect you watching a TV since the walls around it ground your senses)

Still they sued hundreds of cheat creators in china
Lol

Game Guardian is the thing, you need to find the codes in the game using it and make changes accoridingly thats how it works, I use to make PUBG cheats 1 year back and posted on yt and ranked #1 with "PUBG Mobile Hack" for about 3 weeks then got copyright strike

Lol
Lol sued?
Don't you think that'll be a waste of time?
Cheat codes don't impact their profits, or Interest?
It increases Interest when standard mode gets boring , no?

I understand for example let's say: call of duty, there's a cheat creator, and they create a lock on to user tool, where the screen only locks onto enemy users & nothing else (just follows them with the shooting dot for aiming) - this would ruin the game. Because that guy would have a 100 to 0 kill death ratio. But if the game isn't like COD, how would it impact gameplay or profits for others / owners ?

What did they sue over ?
Plus don't you think China will stop it?
