PTShamrock Offshore Banking Legit?

im wondering if anyone has has any experience with ptshamrock offshore banking and how hard is it to setup?

Also from which offshore bank package is the safest to buy?

Don't waste your money with them.
Just incorporate directly, and open a bank account yourself. Easy done.

I, like many IMers, have a trading company incorporated in Hong Kong, and bank there too.

There are services available for account opening, but you're always appointing a random and unknown 3rd party as signatory. And that doesn't put a smile on my face.

In regards to "ptshamrock offshore banking" do some googling about them..!!

There are many other places you can incorporate and bank where you don't visit and you still have great privacy privilege. HK is just one of many options and you need to consider costs for accounting, filing of annual reports and such stuff..complicated I think.

Where are you looking to setup OP? Check out "Octopus offshore agents" - I used them recently to incorporate in Gibraltar and banking is then elsewhere, they have options for American citizens too.. very handy, didn't cost a fortune either and they're very straight up with you. They have full anon packages, you'd really have to speak to them I wouldn't want to say too much here. I was recommended them by another member here who has used them for a wile now.

Better to call them first rather than email, like I said they're very straight up and easy to speak with.

There are local agents who can help you with this. I know many people who have incorporated in US and they have never been to us. I hope someone help you here with contacts.

im just looking to setup tax free offshore banking.
They provide that?
its simple over the phone process?
Also do they send me out a debit card?

Yeah pretty much what they do. There is some back and forth posting/emailing documents for signing and so on. Yeah a number of banks will supply a debit card or a credit card you reload, it depends on the bank you go with.. they work with around 15 you'll get a list of them all when you start the process. Simple enough speak with them on the phone, the ladies there are nice.

No worries happy to help! They have a number of banks.. Two in the EU actually one is Malta and one in Latvia, really a decision you'd have to make yourself once you see the list.. Go speak to them

Anyway, Going with new companies is a good idea, but I would rather look at companies like

dam haha, well as long as all 4 are legit im alright. I just have to figure out which is the best option now.
ill probably end up giving them all a call

Nice one RuthSam must take note of these others, I was looking for Gibraltar specifically so went with Octopus. Have you used any of the companies you listed btw how do they fair from your experience? From experience with octopus I can say they where great with us regardless of domain age, we went with them basically because Gibraltar is very close to where I've relocated now like I was saying above. Also a few senior members here recommended them to me when I was searching for offshore agents so that swayed it.

Digging on their site shows they have been in business since the 1990s back then they where based out of the Isle Of Man before the laws there changed, they then relocated to Gibraltar in 2002.

You are promoting them very well t0mmy so I believe there is some comercial interest here.

I know the other companies very well and have been working with them over the past 14 years. What I found out during all the years are that it don't come down to if they can setup a company and provide you with a bank account... Every Joe in this industry can do this as easy as 123.. it comes all down to what they can help you with afterwards if any problems occur or if you want to extend the setup at any time or if you get troubles with the tax authorities or any other legal issues, then these small companies that most often have no legal department and in house professional business lawyers will lead you to big trouble.

I have been there and done that, will never go to such small agents again, they can't simply not handle it because of huge lack in knowledge of International laws and tax compliancy. Most often they have read something, know a little about it or even buy the knowledge they have from the big companies in this industry just to forward it to the client without personal knowledge, this opens huge gabs and you as the client will get in troubles, sometimes in big troubles which may or may not have been avoided. Most often the big companies can handle a things in way that you don't have to boughter with it.

Anyway... most noobs and IM's our shopping around for the cheapest company setup around and for this purpose this octopussy company may be good... I would just not relay my entire business setup on such a company and I'm not for cheap I want something for long term and professional with International legal and tax experience in my back!

I wise man told me for many years back... never deal with the middle man or the employee in a bank or corporate service, find a partner or owner of that company and go with the big ones so you will reach your goals!

Isn't it like your service t0mmy... you seem to know a lot about SEO and Blackhat and you charge more for your service than others and can support it, while the rest, 80% of the BST are small guys maybe even reading your stuff and put it into a BST to sell it, they know nothing or only a little and make money on it.. I was simply asking you a question and in a polite manner to find out if you actually worked with the companies you mentioned, no need to go on the defensive basically attacking my character and integrity. Perhaps you are promoting them companies you mention then hence the sudden defensiveness and rudeness towards me? I doubt you are but you can see how easy it is to throw accusations like that around.. not a nice thing to do especially when all I was doing was trying to help.
