I let it go I thought it was just easier... - I'm not sure why you haven't either unless we need to have a ball swinging contest.. If you want to try and continue bringing it up and discussing it on here then fine, I was just happy to ignore it and get on with things.

You refused it which is fine as you made assumptions about my business without asking anything else I left it there and didn't think it warranted a reply. If you want to email in more detail then yes please do so.

You asked for money, I asked to meet up, you turned me down.

I'm not really sure why this is getting sorted out on here unless your feeling a bit salty about the whole experience.

But honestly let's just leave it there both adults.. If there is an issue DM or email me you got both :)

But what the guy is saying is essentially correct tbh. There is so much shit in this forum, so many shills that upvote, bump and ask for freebies to get to the BST 100 posts mark as quick as possible. You ask for something you get referred to threads from the golden days.

He asked for a ban as a joke - received it, fine. Most of the ebooks, SMM and other stuff is absolute shit that the average person will buy to get rich quick. Isn't it a responsibility to place quality over quantity... but it's okay.. here is my dogshit ego filled "I sold $1,000,000 on fiverr in 21 days with 5 EASY steps- you can do it too" for $1,899. I'll even pay weekly fee to have my utter drivel stickied...

But, on your wider point in your last comment as a marketplace seller I actually agree with you there should be more quality control.

To give you an example of the approval process, ebooks have to go through a plagiarism check.

Mine is about 90% original.
Would you like to know why it is not what it is, which is 100% original?
I have quoted myself on previously published posts.
I have used phrases like "the first step is" and "the next step is" which are common in any book.

There are other ebooks which I have purchased that have a higher score and you know why?
The writer can barely speak English so the sentences are utter nonsense but are unique!

So, technically speaking they get a higher score than mine, even though as a book it is shit!

In short improvement in quality control, yes, outright ban on ebooks, no.

I had quote you and again i think you seem pretty sharp and i don't know about your ebook, but i just read one free review copy review and its just hilarious that it sounds almost verbatim as what i had stated most reviews look like.

I agree with you the uniqueness check is pretty pointless as we are on bhw everyone has heard of spinners etc. And rehashing info won't show there.

I'd also think the thing between you and him on his project is not something to share publicly here.

Either way my 2 cents on that.

That is not the whole truth.

I have no issue speaking to you face to face.

But in this instance I asked you for money for tools and research and you said I cannot have them. So, I said if I cannot have the tools to do the job I wont do it. So what is the point of a meeting?

I don’t think that’s fine. I do not know what went on behind the scenes but if he did just post that as it lies and he got banned I find that harsh.
I have seen people joking about with mods saying the same thing. (I like the way mods get involved and joke around unlike some forums where they are like robots.)
Shouldn’t they have been banned too?
I though the lounge was a place where you can voice your opinion as long as it’s with in the rules of forum. If things like this are taken literally then it’s a slippery slope to what you can post.

I agree. I also find the excuse of he asked for it as laughable. What can we do about it? I guess it depends which mod you come across at the end of the day.

No don't!

You wanted to research my niche and I told you don't have to as I already know everything you wanted to research. You then told me was no point working with me if I wasn't going to let you do what you wanted because the data was in my head - note I never once said any of that.

I even offered that I was happy to maybe work something out if we could meet in the summer to discuss as this time of year is busy for me I had no reply on that just a flat - no point working with me. I could have met up and discussed everything for what you are wanting money wise for someone to come to me why wouldn't I put a face to the name.

I have everything in folders. My entire business has been built for a take over it's supposed to operate with me. You made the assumption I don't have that to hand not me - you did not ask either.

Let's just let it go. There's no point getting personal as it will just reach the point of me opening a new thread and dumping this entire contents on here. I value your own my own privacy no one needs that. The only people it will help are popcorn sellers.

We not even traded money or services I'm not sure why you are upset over it.

Lets agree to disagree and move on.

It's not doing any of us (and you as a seller on here) any favours!
 
The back link marketplace is shit and that is for sure. Other sub forums do have good value which you can't find anywhere.
