Anyone know of any good PSD to WP coders that offer services for fairly cheap prices and has the capability to add lots of great features like custom shortcodes, theme options, custom sliders, etc. etc.?
Post your project on the Wordpress job boards. Your inbox gets hit with a dozen programmers a day. I like to chat with them on Skype first so I know they understand the project and can work closely with me. I can recommend a couple guys to you if you like. PM me
You can try people from DigitalPoint forums (graphics & contests). You can find both cheap and skilled people there. Not everyone of course, check itrader ratings. D
