PSD to Wordpress

I'm looking for someone who can code a wordpress theme as to standard of ThemeForest (with options page and stuff)
Let me know the price, I'm also open to doing a JV (can discuss % split) if you want to make more from the theme. I'm going to start a theme development site so there might be many more.
