PSD to Shopify

I am looking for a developer who can take a psd file and make it into a shopify site. It's a total of 1 home page and 7 inner pages (but three of them are contact/sign up pages. We are still finishing the psd files. But you can check the site bike parts direct dot Com as a sample of how we are setting it up.
