PSD MENU, How to?

    Hello BHW, I'm pretty new at creating wordpress themes and I've hit a problem. I searched google for tutorials but found noone, so could someone here please help me on how to install a PSD MENU into a wordpress theme? Help will be very much appreciated!

    http://ghostpool.com/wordpress/?theme=tarnished, I want to change the menu of that theme, so I downloaded a new menu one from the developers homesite, named white-grey-rounded-menu.psd, But i cant get around on how to get PSD file to function in the wordpress theme, could someone put me in the right direction?

    Are you familiar with Adobe Photoshop?

    You will need to slice and code it into the theme.
