Just spotted some trouble sticking reviews and the yelp.com page is cosmetically switched, an automatic trigger for me to think if they changed that then to change other stuff
Sure enough, there was a Yelp Fusion update and fusion handles a whole bunch of things for yelp including advertising, spice(if you know you know), reviews ect.

I was lucky enough to get accepted into the fusion program so I can see changelogs but all this means for you yelp buyers and seller, is
buyers: Be sure people have a replacement guarantee
Sellers: make sure you are going back to the basics. I just posted one for my main IRL client and I was using a mix of bluestacks, luxsocks and a user agent switcher.
Just be safe out there guys and use proxies. Yelp is also known to send out C&D to big people who review in the US/UK/DE because of thats their main sites.
