In my opinion, definitely the Xbox Kinect. I like PS3 better as a system, but I like Kinect better than move. I was reading something recently that they've been working on Kinect 2 which is rumored to do some crazy stuff, including notice your mood based on your tone of voice, etc.

PS3 Move, cause in my opinion it has better sensitivity.

I was in the same confusion a week ago.I watched few videos and reviews and came to a conclusion.
If you buy kinect,you will dance for couple of days and then you will feel,oh its boring.Its a great new concept but it still needs to evolve.
Coming to move,seems like a copy of Wii,but take my view.Its precision is unmatched(I have experienced it as I have settled for PS3 move bundle).It feels great playing Tiger Woods PGA tour.
Also,PS3 has all blu-ray and better 320 gig HDD.
I would suggest go for PS3
If you really want to try kinect,I would say wait for 2012 as kinect is coming to windows PC.
Also,you can buy PS3 320 GB Move Bundle for only 17K off eBay(I think you are from India)
Also I got another suggestion.
WHY DON'T YOU GET BOTH ?
