It'd be sent by China post. It'll take a while but I've never had a problem sending with it. It'd take 10-15 working days. It'd end up costing 29 USD so it turns out cheaper than expected.

Although if you wanted quick post it could be sent by EMS, to Germany that'd take no time at all! Maybe 3-5 working days. If you wanted EMS it'd cost 21.6 USD on top of the original price for the controller. So roughly 40 USD.
