question: i remarked that when my 3g internet connection was unstable and i had to reconnect on some pages some restrictions are unblocked- when i discard the 3g modem and connect it back - pull the usb and put it back after few seconds i get another ip adress. my provider, o 2 germany has dynamic ip settings... its possible to break the -you downloaded 1 file this hour, get pro account or wait- limit some file hoster have - df, rs etc. - so: isnt it possible to make a bot that discard the 3g without to pull, plug it back in , after each download of a list - txt file is downloaded. sure its slower than connecting through proxies everything at once but this trick comes cheap!

Try it out with ipchecker page before... then, if you get new ips, try with filehosters: use free account, wait 60sec download - then try to download next.. until you get: you reached the max. downloads per hour or day for your ip. then do the trick: full discard, reauth, reconnect with new ip, then clear cookies and find the page you were stuck... it will let you wait 60sec and download as if you havent been there today...

He already did this and it worked. He's wondering if a bot could automate the process to get new ips. I'm pretty sure it is. I can get new ips from my isp by disconnecting via my router. Software wise - no need to pull any cable. So the process could be done by a bot.
