What would make you think it's a scam?
Try asking them for a free trial and how many threads are allowed, which format the proxies are in (ip : port), etc.

They do not give free trial, the support told me and that they are waiting for the approval of the topic here in the forum. The page has been working for a year but I can't find comments from buyers anywhere. Paypal accepted

Leaving https://imgur.com/a/4WnEYck for anyone wondering if this is a legit service: it's not. Included are chat logs of him ghosting me while I pose as a completely new customer on the free chatting application he has embeded in his website. Turns out, there's a very good reason as to why there's no thread on BHW for the service—the seller is a scammer and provides no proxies to speak of upon payment. Evidently, he uses at least two email addresses for scamming payments: marialeabr[at]gmail for Paypal Family & Friends, and Gnetpw[at]gmail for Skrill.
He somehow managed to run a scam for well over a year while maintaining a pretty low profile, kudos to him. In any case, I managed to get my money back by filing a dispute with my bank instead of Paypal. Stay safe out there boys.

This site also scammed my 50$ paypal already. I paid three days ago but yet now this site didn't give any proxy to me. I tried to contact with them but they aren't in online last two/three days.

I'm sorry man. Have you been able to chargeback through your bank or credit card company? File a dispute as 'item not received' and you will get your money back. Don't waste your time with Paypal's internal dispute system if you paid through Friends and Family.
As for the scammer, he is actually online but will ignore you if you're from an IP address he already scammed. If you want to get his attention, pretend to be a new customer on a different IP, or contact him through Skype. He won’t know it’s you. Also, if you want to cause him some trouble and have his live chat taken away for a few days, report him for abuse on the Tawk.to website.
